Our FASRI community is a vibrant, friendly, and culturally diverse environment for our students to learn in and be a part of. This page is a repository for useful links, forms, and documents.

One of the elements that makes FASRI such a unique school is the community: parent volunteers, special friends, local institutions, and faculty & staff involvement. Our students' growth is supported by all members of our community working together.

If you have an expertise, a talent and/or an interest that you would like to share with our community, please reach out to your child(ren)'s teacher(s), and the administrative team.

Solicitation and notices
In order to protect parents/guardians/employees from inadvertent and/or inappropriate pressure, the school prohibits parents/guardians/visitors/employees from soliciting other parents/guardians/employees on behalf of any cause or business opportunities on school premises unless the solicitation is specifically sponsored by the school. Parents/guardians/employees/etc. shall not distribute or post literature of any kind on the school premises unless approved by the Head of School.

Providence Bus Transportation (NEW Year 24-25)

FASRI families living in Providence: If you would like to register for bus passes for the coming school year, the submission deadline is June 7, 2024.

Please read the form carefully to see if your children are eligible for school bus transportation with PPSD. If you have any questions, contact information is listed on the registration form.

NOTE: Once the form is completed it could only be emailed back to Ligia.Pineda@ppsd.org.

Statewide Bus Transportation (NEW Year 24-25)

The statewide transportation system is now open to receive student transportation requests for the upcoming 2024-2025 school year. To ensure a bus stop for the first day of the school next year, both current and new riders must register by July 31, 2024.

Students from participating school districts who are eligible to use the statewide transportation system next year must annually request transportation through the statewide website at: https://www.eride.ri.gov/transparForm/ The website will be open to take transportation requests for Fall 2024.

Lincoln Bus Transportation (NEW Year 24-25)

The Town of Lincoln Public Schools is requiring that all students attending our school who are Lincoln residents and are requesting transportation for the 2024/2025 school year be provided with the attached form and list of depot stops within the Town of Lincoln. As noted on the list of depot stops, parents/guardians should refer to this website, http://www.lincolnps.org/, over the summer for any updates to this list.

East Providence Transportation (NEW Year 24-25)

Lunch Program

Chef Raul will be using a program called MealManage to streamline the lunch choosing and buying process. On the MealManage platform, parents will be able to choose lunch from the offered menus, purchase the lunch, add money to their child(ren)'s account, and manage their email notifications

An email with instructions on how to set up MealManage accounts will be sent to families upon request. If you are having trouble registering your device, please email fasrilunch@gmail.com, and Chef Raul will get back to you as soon as he is able.
