The FASRI Times

“The FASRI Times” is part of the after-school clubs for grades 3-8. Students gather and work together to create a French/English school newspaper. School newspapers are excellent opportunities for students to fearlessly share their voices and perspectives. They are also a fantastic way for students to learn teamwork, time management, and communication skills while developing confidence in their self-creativity and literacy skills. During class, students spend their time brainstorming article topics, handwriting their articles, then typing their articles. The articles are FASRI centered, generally about events, school projects, and student life. We are extremely proud of our students and the brilliant ideas they get together to share with the community. We hope you enjoy what you read!
